Using Facebook Ads For Local Marketing

Social Media

I’ve just created a new marketing campaign to recruit students to our college. The marketing campaign is on Facebook, and we’re using Facebook ads.

Take a look at some of the posts I have written about Facebook.

It’s been a while since our last Facebook marketing campaign, and a lot has changed.

Now, we can target our ads to be shown only to people living in a certain country. For instance, we could target only people living in the United States.

And we could also target people living in a specific city, for instance we could show the ads only to people living in New York.

Using demographic targeting is especially powerful for local businesses. A restaurant based in New York could use Facebook and target only people living in the area of the restaurant.

This way, the advertisement will only be shown to people who might find it relevant.
