Understanding Facebook Social Ads

I recently created a new marketing campaign for the college where I work. We are using two different online newspapers, one in Sweden and one in Norway, and we are using Facebook social ads. The campaign on Facebook will be running from July 20th.

I am hoping that not many of my colleges will be reading this post, because it will be about my problems with Facebook and some of my views regarding the Facebook social ads.
