There are at least three reasons why you should use Twitter lists.

1) Twitter lists are a great way to organize your followers
2) Twitter lists are a great way to recommend followers
3) Twitter lists are a great way to measuring influence

I'll give you an example of how to create a list called blogging. It will be a list of interesting people tweeting about blogging.

If you're going to be successful using Twitter, or any other social media, there's one thing that's important to remember. It needs to be easy to use and especially, it needs to be easy to share anything, because it's really all about sharing.

For instance, if you need to log in to a system or a piece of software every single time you have an idea, then there's no doubt that sometimes, you forget the idea before you get the chance to share it. You should only need to hit a few keys on your computer in order to share, that's all.

The College where I work is not using Facebook Pages to attract new students. The reason that we're not, is because we don't have a strategy when it comes to using social marketing. Hopefully, that's about to change soon.

At the moment, I'm reviewing last years marketing campaign for our college. I'm considering what we thought of as success, and what was not a success. Most likely, we'll continue with some of the advertisements, but with a different message.

What we're looking for is a campaign that will focus on two levels.

The first level is the people that have decided to attend a college or a university. We'll try to get their attention, and we'll tell them that our college is the best choice.

I've directed traffic to my blogs (by announcing new and interesting resources).

I've been asking for feedback about various items such as the new look of my blogs, new features, and I've even got answers to crucial questions (like when my iMac "crashed").
