Email marketing is important, it's important whatever business you're in. Marketing is based on communication, either with your exisiting costumers or prospective customers. Email marketing is an easy way to communicate. Inexpensive Email marketing is one of the cheapest marketing tools you'll find. I'm using AWeber, and it's only $19 a month.

I've just sent a question to AWeber, asking them the following:

Is it possible to use AWeber to send an email to my list, and then, the next day or so, send an identical email, but with a different headline to only the people who didn't open my first email?

Think about it.

I have recently discovered that it’s possible to drive a lot of extra twitter traffic to my newsletter by sending it to twitter at the same time as I am sending it to my subscribers. Actually, I discovered that it was really easy as well.

A few days ago, I launched my new blog, it's called marketingflop and it's all about Internet Marketing reviews.  The reason I launched it, was because I already owned the domain, and I had paid for the hosting for a year. That's not really the reason though, but it got me thinking. The real reason, was because I can now use marketingflop for all my reviews. I think it will be a lot easier to be blogging this way. Now, I have only published three posts at marketingflop, but I am really excited.

Sometimes you need to be testing many things in order to be successful, and this time I have something to show you. It's about the blog I started a while ago called Protein High Foods, it's a blog that I thought would be easy to fill with valuable content, but it hasn't been that easy. It's suppose to be a blog about protein and my life as a vegetarian.

The absolute most important thing you do when it comes to Internet marketing, is to track your Internet marketing activity. The reason is simple. It takes the guessing away, and turns Internet marketing into science. Well, I am not so sure about the science part, even though a lot of people have been comparing Internet marketing to science (probably because I am a political scientist).  The reason people say science, is because it's all about is testing, testing and testing. Even though you find an Internet marketing strategy you prefer above all the others, you will never stop the testing.

I have just discovered that my favorite e-mail marketing tool added some new affiliate badges. They are all awesome, and from today, I will start using them on my blog. As always, it's important to help your affiliates with their marketing efforts. And adding banners and badges is probably one of the easiest way to help out...

I decided earlier today that I am now going to use AWeber to send Blog Broadcasts to the people subscribed to my newsletter. What this means is that they are receiving the newsletter about once a week, and now they will also be receiving a summary of a week of all the posts I have published. This way, they don't have to visit my blog or subscribe to my RSS, unless they want to read the blog post as soon as I have published it. I spent just a few minutes to set up the Blog Broadcast, and it will be sent automatically every friday at 6 AM.

As you may have noticed from my previous post about Affiliate Silver Bullet, I have been a little sceptical even though I was very excited about this brand new Internet marketing system. It's too early to say whether it's a really good system or not, but I will tell you what I have on my mind. The system seems to be incredibly easy to setup, but it might be too easy?
