Sponsor a Trash Can For Your Business

Trash cans are important, we need them in order to keep our streets clean. What if your business could profit from it?

Many trash cans are just plain, without any stickers or any messages at all.

If you see a trash can in a restaurant or outside a gas station, why not ask the owner if you can sponsor the trash can?

I guess you could just put stickers on trash cans all over the city, but then, people might think of you as just littering and destroying their trash cans. This won’t benefit your business at all.

Pick a few, with very good locations, and ask the owners if you can be their sponsors. If you do, my guess is that you won’t have much competition, and the price might not be that high.

If you can’t find trash cans to sponsor, maybe you could ask the people in charge of the trash cans in your city. Ask them if you can sponsor a few, it will be a nice gesture for the city (keeping the streets clean) and you’ll get extra marketing for your business.

What do you think, is it a good idea to sponsor trash cans?

If you are so damned hard-up for comments that you feel you have to buy them for your blog, then Do me a big favor: Quit Blogging. Slowly back away from the keyboard. Delete your domain and never ever blog again.

Buying blog comments has got to be the biggest cop out ever invented or devised.

    Hi J.D.

I hope you didn’t think that I am buying comments or saying that others should do it, I am just asking the question 🙂

But I agree with you, even though it might get you a lot of traffic, it’s against all the rules of blogging.

I admit that I wanted to try their service to see what happens. There is hardly any blog which does not check the comments, so either they reach a certain quality – or nothing isd published.
Its not finished, and thats the first majour problem: service is slow.
Whether at the end it is fully lost money, I don´t know, but first impression is not exciting.

    Hi Walter,

I agree that it might work, but at the same time, blog comments should be fairly personal and I agree with JD.

The best way is to write the comments yourself… but it might work using the system and it might be a lot easier.
