Shake the juice

Yesterday I discovered how to dissolve the Amigo powder. Since I first started to use the powder I have had some small problems dissolving it. There was always some powder in my glass that I had to drink, it wasn´t a problem, but I thought it would be better if the small lumps of powder would dissolve.

I always mix the powder with a glass of water, and I thought maybe instead of using a spoon, I would shake the powder and the water together. I found a bottle (a shaker) and started to shake it, then after I had shook it for about 15 seconds, I put it in the refridgerator for 3-4 minutes. Then I took it out and shook it for about 10-15 seconds a final time.

Now, all the powder was dissolved and it tasted even better than before. I highly recommend you doing this. You can buy yourself a shaker, like the body builders use for their proteins or what ever they use, or you can just use a small bottle.
