Google hated me, but not anymore. I have discovered Scribe, a tool that helps me get more traffic and better traffic from the search engines. This is my testimonial.
I’m not sure what the ideal web traffic ratio is, but my current ratio (for the past month) is like this:
- 12.63% direct traffic
- 13.20% referring sites
- 74.17% search engines
The majority of my traffic comes from search engines, especially from Google, and most of the traffic comes from about 20 blog posts. That’s it.
By the way, I have edited some of my most popular blog posts, that’s because I want to try to keep my visitors from leaving.
Search Engines are very important
My blog has a lot of potential when it comes to receiving a lot more traffic. Think about it, most of my traffic comes from 20 blog posts. Only 20 blog posts (and I have written hundreds)? I should be able to add a lot more blog posts to this list. I want all my blog posts to be among the top results at the search engines. It shouldn’t be that hard, but before I started using Scribe, it took a lot of time.
But it’s not just about more traffic. It’s about quality.
The reason I’m writng a testimonial about Scribe is because it helps me get more targeted visitors. I want to find people who are looking for what I’m writing about, and I’m doing it by using the right keywords. I am using 3 free keyword research tools to find the right keywords. Keywords that are related to what I write about, and keywords that people are actually searching for.
I believe that if I target the right people, it’s a better chance that they’ll enjoy the content.
I am becoming a better writer
Scribe is helping me to become a better writer. I have to structure my blog posts in a different way in order to get better results. I have discovered that I’m using some words way too many times. I never focused on this earlier, I was just writing without focusing on structure and how many times I was using each word.
It’s about long term traffic
I believe that if you write quality content and get a good ranking on the search engines, you’ll get long term traffic (and it’s completely free). When you optimize your blog posts, they’ll get visitors over and over again for months.
Scribe helps me find more links
When I use Scribe, I don’t just use it to analyze my content, but I use it to find relevant links (from websites and social media) to my content. I discover who’s writing about what I’m writing about, and I connect with them in order to share content and opinions.
Scribe helps me find keywords
I use the tool to find the right keywords and alternative keywords. I add keywords I am going to write about and I’ll see how many searches they get and I get a list of alternative words and phrases (with the amount of searches for each).
It’s fast and easy
When I write, I don’t want to spend more time than necessary on my blog posts. That’s why I haven’t been doing any search engine optimization earlier. Now, after discovering how to use Scribe, I only using about 5 minutes extra on each blog post.
Plugin and web
I am using the plugin for WordPress, but that’s not the only reason why I bought it. It works with Joomla and Drupal as well. But I can also use Scribe Web, which means that I can use it for all my guest posts, articles and help other people with optimizing their content.
I’ve been using it for a month, and the results have been awesome.
