Make sure Aweber is REALLY set to only send one email per day on blog updates. I changed my feedburner settings, which caused the feed to change, which caused Aweber to send out 10 emails instantly, which caused me to lose almost 2% of my subscribers within a few hours (and more keep unsubscribing).
