Ojeez and customer support

I am not sure what you can expect from a company in prelaunch, but I was hoping for a little bit of help. I signed up with Ojeez, a very interesting new social community where you can earn money. I received my verification e-mail and when I clicked the link I only received the message that it was the wrong code. Then I tried to copy and paste the link, and I received the same error.

Finally, I contacted their customer support and told them about my problem. I have not heard anything so far, and it has been three days. I am glad that I am not running an AdWords campaign and that I might be losing my referrals. Well, on the other hand you probably should do the verification process before starting to advertise it.
