I’ve seen many websites with this or something, but also, I just visited a website with real agents that respond to exactly what you’re saying. Everytime I tried to leav, it’d happen again, and again, offering me Free-Shipping, which they’d continue to offer to every customer that left the site. I understand, they try to give you an amazing deal, and be pesky until you bought somthing.

If you don’t have php/mysql you can use MoxieChat.com. It is all hosted, based on monthly fees, and offers a few more features than VSA.

I agree that this pop-up can be rather annoying but that doesn’t have to be the case. I have mine set up so you will only see it once during a browser session. This is the way I believe it should be set up but a lot of people that buy this apparently don’t understand how to set it up.

As far as the software goes, I think it’s the most effective piece of software out there.

Hopefully my pop-over will only be showing once for each visitor, while virtual smart agent shows up every single time you try to leave the website.
