I am just wondering, now that Barack Obama is the next President of the United States, how many new books will be published about him during the next weeks/monhts?
Why will people be writing them, is it all in order to earn money? Because we all know that they will sell, no matter how bad they might be. A new President is always a big hit.
A few months before the election, I had never heard of this guy. A few minutes after the election, I received a marketing campaign from Barnes and Nobles with a 40% discount on books about the 44th president of the United States.
If you do a search for Barack Obama at Barnes and Nobles or do the same search at Amazon, you’ll see that there are quite a few books that you can pre-order already.
I guess that sometimes we just do what the market tells us to do, because that’s what makes us a huge profit.
