Google respond

It seems that [tag]Google[/tag] launches new services every week or so, and it seems that everything they do turns to gold. But we have yet to see a new service called Google Respond, and it might take a while before we see something like it too.

I just read a post at InsideGoogle about a guy who waited 744 days for Google to get back to him, that´s two years! Don´t count on getting an answer in a day or two, it might take a little longer.
