I have started to use Google Plus, but I’m not very active. At first, I created my profile, just because I wanted to test and see what it was all about. Now, I’m using it like I’m using Facebook, and it’s not part of a strategy. It should be, but it’s not.
I’m currently working with my first client, and since I have been reading a lot about Google Plus lately, and since more than 100 million people are already using it, I am thinking that I need to create a Google Plus Business Page for my client. It seems that very few people in Norway have created a Google Plus Business Page, but like with Facebook, it’s better to be early than wait for people to join.
Google Plus Business Page – Why create it?
The only reason I am creating a Google Plus Business Page, is because I am a strong believer that what Google is doing right now is going to change everything.

But I’d like to start adding content, and see what happens, instead of waiting for people to arrive.

3. Add details about your business. Like the name of the business, and the website url.

10 Tips for using a Google Plus Business Page
To em, a Google Plus Busienss Page, is first and foremost another method of creating relationships with people and building trust. But it’s also a way to get better ranking on Google. I don’t know much about this yet, but I have read enough to understand that this is happening.
There are at least 10 tips that you should know about, in order to get the most out of your Google Plus Business Page:
1. Strong profile
In every single social media site, creating a strong profile, with a lot of information, is very important. You should add details about who you are, and you should add pictures and videos to your Google Plus Business Page.
2. SEO – keywords
I have started to use Long Tail Pro for my keyword research, and when I create the Google Plus Business Page, I will add the right keywords and optimize the profile for the search engines.
Your customers might not be on Google Plus yet. Your potential customers might not be there. Well, it doesn’t matter. Start to communicate with the people who are using it. Create relations, build trust. Your customers will eventually show up.
I have never tried a hangout on Google Plus, but I understand how powerful a video hangout can be for a Google Plus Business Page. This is where you can talk with your prospects. It makes the conversation a lot more personal, and it builds a strong relationship.
5. Customize your url
