The fun of blogging

One of the things that I get a kick out of when it comes to blogging is to get comments, but not just regular comments at any given time. What I enjoy the most is to get comments when I wake up in the morning. Yes, I am one of those guys who just have to check my e-mail and blog as soon as I wake up. I think that I do that every single day, it doesn´t take much time, but I am just so curious about how many visitors I have had since the last time I checked and if I have received any comments to my posts.

Do you know what I do about it, just to get the most fun out of blogging? I tend to post close to bedtime, yes, my posts are late in the evening just before I am going to bed. This way, it´s more likely that I will wake up to new comments than if I publish my posts earlier in the day.

Not sure why I do enjoy waking up to comments, but to me it has something to do with curiosity and excitement. I can imagine when I go to bed that this post might get a few comments in this or that direction, and when I wake up I can still think about the post a little before I check and see if I am right or not. (I don´t do much thinking about it, even if it might sound like I don´t do anything other than think about my posts)

I am not dissapointed or anything if I wake up and don´t have any new comments, but I get a little excited when I see that there are new comments. And I am not including comments caught by Akismet 🙂

What do you think is the most fun part about blogging?

They have a new design because the owners went there ways and the one who owned the script and design is selling it at an auction with his other exchange (trafficsufer). The other partner owned the domain and database and so had to re-create the design script part.
