I have been waiting for my four cans of Amigo Juice for about two weeks now. I know it´s July and that most people are on vacation, so I didn´t expect it to arrive as fast as the other cans I have received. But I had to contact customer support to hear when they shipped my cans.
On saturday I received a letter in my mailbox, it was from customs and it said that I had received a shipment from Amigo Health and that I had to pay duty on it. I am not sure how much I have to pay, because this is the first time I have been told to pay it.
I sent customer support a notification that I had received this information from the customs and that I have to pay duty on the cans. Customer support answered me in just a few hours and told me that I should just fax them the receipt and they will help me pay the duty.
That´s what I call great customer support.
