Creating My Ebook With Rapid Weaver

I have been thinking about which software I should use in order to create my e-book. I am still not sure, but I am almost sure. I think that I should use Rapid Weaver to create the e-book in html. Just like a regular website.

I have been looking at several other software titles, and I have been thinking about just creating the e-book using pdf (I have Adobe Acrobat installed). That would be the easiest way, but at the same time, I want it to look good and I want it to be easy to access and read.

The e-book software titles I have been looking at are:

I don’t have any experience with any of the titles above, I have just been looking at their sales pages and reading reviews. Some look really good and some just doesn’t look that good.

The reason I am thinking about Rapid Weaver, is that I have version 3.6 already, and an upgrade to 4.0 is not that expensive. I really like the software, and I really like the templates. It’s the perfect match.

If I use Rapid Weaver, there will be no problem at all to read the e-book. Everybody will get access and 100% can read it using their favorite web browser (like Firefox 3.0 or the brand new Opera 9.5). On the other hand, it might become too easy to copy the contents and google might index it (well, that’s not really a problem).

It’s not an easy decision to make, but at the moment I am sticking with Rapid Weaver…
