    As an internet marketer I read lots of blog post daily to upgrade my skill and enlarge my professional network. I found lots of quote which have a large and deep message, but believe me I didn’t find any article which is just 138 words in length but has 1000 words message. One thing I want to add is promising less and delivering more. It helps get repeated sales.

    Doesn’t mean I don’t agree with the notion but don’t you think focusing on each and every customer to that level is almost impossible to achieve, after all you can’t make the whole world happy…

    How about if we utilize this approach by focusing on highest CLV or customer life time value customers? using Pareto principle ? I believe that will be more feasible… ?

      Yes, you’ve got a point. Using the 80-20 rule and focusing on the 20% most important clients. I’ve read the book by Perry Marshall and it definitively makes sense to not focus as much on every single client.
