There is no doubt that mini sites are easy to maintain and you can maintain quality and you can easily get more time for promotion and SEO purpose, which is sometimes very difficult with large sites.

I agree with you Aasma, these things are true for mini sites and it is easy to handle it any time which is not much possible in case of large sites, lot of things are connected to one another so it makes the whole process so difficult.

I agree with everyone, excellent post here Jens. Alyssa did a wonderful job of explaining why mini-sites are important.
I will admit having created them in the past but I got away from doing that particular type of marketing and that method I guess got put on the back burner. It’s something that’s been on my list of things to do so thanks for bringing this to my attention so now I need to resurrect that list.

Yeah Jens, it’s never too late to start. I think because of the way some of those platforms were changing I got away from it. Instead of just going with the flow, I didn’t understand how to make some of those changes correctly so I just quit. Silly me!

You might be right. I am not sure if they are the same as landing pages, because landing pages are mostly one page if I’m not mistaken, but micro sites that’s a term I remember from a few years ago. But, I’m still not sure if it’s exactly the same.

I totally agree with Aasma. Mini sites are easy to setup, managed and SEO and they are one of the fastest website that convert. Although there are pros with mini sites, there are some cons about them. Search engine now a days focus more on authority sites specially google since the Penguin updates to their algorithm.
