Grabbing Attention with Floating Action Button

I have been taking a look at the brand new Floating Action Button script from John Merrick and Soren Jordansen. At first, it looks convincing and very interesting. And they got all the testimonials to prove that it works as well, but would I have installed this script if I had a sales page?

This is their preview video of how the Floating Action Button Script works:

The script is cheap, at the moment the price is only $7 (launch special) and it’s probably worth every penny of the $7. As you can see from the video above, there are many options and you can use the script for a lot of different things (order buttons and optin forms).

It seems that you can use it for whatever you want to use it for – but remember, the button is all about getting attention from your prospects. The only thing that I am a little “worried” about is how this script is regarding cookies and how it would it could be used on a blog.

For instance, if it’s not possible to use cookies and only show it to new visitors to your blog, your regular visitors might become upset when they see it every time that they visit your blog.

I guess that I have to see for myself, I have just bought the Floating Action Button Script for $7, and now I will start to test it. I will let you know as soon as I have it up and running.

Update: I am now testing the script, and you can probably see it float next to my posts. It took me about 5 minutes, it was fast and easy. I couldn’t find a way to use cookies, that’s the only “problem” I have experienced so far.

I am not sure if I find it annoying, or if I think it’s amazing. What do you think?

Another update: I have just removed the script from my blog. I think that the script is amazing and I think that you can have great results by using it, but I don’t think that you (or I for that matter) should be using it on a blog. It takes to focus away from the content, and I don’t want that. I am still going to be using Floating Action Button, but not on my blog.
