The perfect Marketing Voice

Is there such a thing as the perfect marketing voice, the voice perfect to promote any product? To me, it actually seems to be the same guy promoting all products on TV and radio, his voice is crystal clear and you can hear every word and it feels rather comforting to listen to him. Maybe all the guys promoting stuff on TV and radio went to the same marketing voice academy?
And what about the guy doing all the previews for movies, is it one guy doing them all or does it just sound like it? There got to be a "perfect marketing voice", why else would they all sound exactly the same then? Just take a look at this funny video of Pablo Francisco doing the preview guy... it's that voice again.
