How To Grab Your Visitors Back Before They Leave Your Site

Earlier today I read about a new software that I thought sounded very interesting. I visited their sales page and saw it in action, and it was just as interesting as I first thought. You probably know about pop-ups and pop-overs and you might also find them a little annoying, but at the same time you know that they work.
What I have looked at today is a software called Exit Grabber, and it displays an unblockable pop-up with your own contents when your visitor is trying to leave your site. Yes, it only displays the pop-up if your visitor is about to leave. This sounds like the ultimate pop-up to me.
I don´t like it when the first thing I see at a site is a pop-up, but if I get a pop-up as I am about to leave, well, that´s something different. I haven´t seen Exit Grabber at any site yet, other than the sales page, so I can´t really say if I like it or not. But I find it very interesting.
How does it work?
Your visitor will only see the pop-up if they try to click on the back button or try to write a url. And there might even be more to this Exit Grabber than I know about at the moment, and I have read on the sales page that they state that Exit Grabber is really not a pop-up.
According to the sales page: Exit Grabbers Are Not Popups, They Cannot Be Blocked, And They Are Not Obtrusive. I am calling it a pop-up anyway, it certainly pops up when you trie to leave the page...
Visit Exit Grabber (I am not an affiliate), read all about it and try it and see if you like it. Maybe this will be something we will see on a lot of sites in the future?
